The Task Record book can be downloaded here. Also use the application form provided.
Please make sure of the following:
- Sending the task book by mail is at your own risk! We prefer if you send it digitally.
- If certain tasks can not be signed, please explain with a short note in the record book
- Do not forget section 9!
- If you are finished, please send the task book and the application form digitally in one mail to [email protected].
For large files use WeTransfer. Do NOT send links to Google drive, dropbox etc.
Sending the book to the office by post could mean extra delay, as we are not always present.
- Be aware that it can take up to three weeks to process your application, and longer during vacation periods
